Let's talk about the best way to address overwhelm: little steps.

Recently we spoke about overwhelm (episode #98, Overstimulation & Overwhelm, https://www.wendyschofermd.com/blog/98) and I have to tell you that me in June of 2021 was completely and utterly overwhelmed with the concept of starting a podcast. All the questions, all the options, all the worries.

As we speak about overwhelm, I have to acknowledge that there are a lot of reasons why we can experience overwhelm. Let me rephrase that: there are a lot of reasons why I do experience overwhelm on the regular.
