"Holidays = Stress" has become a part of our language. But why are you stressed around the holidays?

Today we unpack 6 very common stressors for parents during the holidays:
1) There's so much to do
2) It's so hard to stay healthy during the holidays
3) I have to "make it magical"
4) My .... is so hard to please. (aka meeting other people's expectations)
5) Sensory overload (aka holiday/pumpkin spice everything!)
6) MONEY

For each, we explore a question that just isn't asked enough of parents: What do you want? Little shifts, practices and reframes can completely change the experience that we are having now (and we can use it at other times of the year!).

Check out the one that I discovered during recording and I'm taking it with me this week.
