I take Fridays off (yes, ah-mazing), and yet.... here I am trying to stuff that day with all the things I didn't get done on the other days.

That's not a day off! That's a day with my "other gigs" : the to-do list, meeting demands and expectations (my own and others').

Let's talk about self-care through the lens of asking a very important question:
"What do I need?"
